She has studied Business Administration at the Economic University of Athens and Organizational Psychology at Liverpool University.

She is a certified user of the Quintax psychometric test and analysis which enables her to interpret reports that analyze professional and leadership personality and preferences. By combining the professional need of the candidate and the results from the psychometric test she provides solid action plans for leadership skill and teamwork development.

She has also attainted a certificate in the foundation of Neuroscience in Leadership (NLI) from the pioneer Neuroleadership Institute in New York. This certification enables her to better interpret human interaction and behavior in a business context.

She is DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) certified from the prestigious Northwestern University. This certification enhances her knowledge and educative material on the value of team diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

She has 15 years of experience in leadership development, human resource and team and talent management consulting and psychometric test analysis.
